Cancellation or postponement policy

All online courses are final at the time of purchase, and no money will be refunded for any purchase of registered online courses, but it is possible to modify and register for other courses or transfer and gift the course to another person.

You can not cancel your registration for live courses. However, You can request to postpone the training session and attend it at another event (subject to availability) by calling customer support or email.

Subscription validity period
The subscription is valid for four months, starting from the date of purchasing the course. The subscriber has the right to access the courses in which he has registered and benefit from all the updates that we make during this period. Note that the subscription expires after four months from the date of purchase, and the subscriber is not entitled to access the course after that. However the subscription can be renewed for a reduced fee. Pricing is requested from customers service
CME Credit Registration Terms and Conditions
Attendance Requirement for CME:
Participants will not be awarded a Certificate of Attendance or CME hours unless they meet the required attendance percentage and complete all course requirements.
Schedule Conflict:
CME hours will not be recorded for participants who are registered in another activity occurring at the same time as this course.
SCFHS Status Requirement:
CME credits cannot be recorded if the healthcare professional’s status in the Mumaris system is “classified but not registered.”
Participant Responsibility:
It is the responsibility of the healthcare practitioner to ensure the accuracy of their information — especially their SCFHS registration number — and to update it before submission.
Late requests (after the CME registration period closes) will not be accepted.
The deadline for submitting participant data is no later than 5 days after the course ends.
